Confidentiality & Security

I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during consultations, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.

I will store all client information securely.

I use client information ONLY for the purpose of the Consultation unless permission has been provided otherwise.

There are some exceptions to client confidentiality. This includes situations where the client intends to harm themselves or others, or where the client has committed a significant crime such as murder or rape. Under these circumstances, I am obliged to report them to the relevant authorities.

I will represent honestly my Colour, Style and Image qualifications, including educational credentials, levels of certification and experience

No Judgement

As an ethical body and age positive Image Consultant, there is no judgement coming from me on any aspect of your body, height, weight or age.  I will not recommend plastic surgery, extreme diets or any other treatment designed to radically transform you. I firmly believe that we all have our own inner beauty and that love and acceptance of ourselves is what is important.

Those individuals who are males transitioning to females can be assured of open and non-judgemental advice.

Ethics

I will serve the best interests of my clients. At times I may recommend third party supplementary services such as visiting a hair salon, laser/skin clinic, voice coach etc. Style Guru Jayne does not receive any financial incentives when recommendations are made, and there is no obligation on the client’s part to act upon advice given by Style Guru Jayne

Refunds

If your consultation does not resonate with you, I will provide a full refund less the cost of the digital style program or colour swatches
